Over the past three years, we have been on a journey to ensure that our community is at the forefront of the AI revolution. We kicked off with an AI summit nearly three years ago and continue to hold lots of programming on our stages and content on our social channels, tied to the AI conversation.
We know that it is so hard to take time out of our busy schedules to spend real time learning, training, and building. That's why we are hosting our first-ever AI immersion. The goal is to get executives in a room together where we're learning, building, and asking questions in a warm, welcoming environment.

The AI Immersion is a single, hands-on offsite designed for executive leaders who already sense what AI can do but haven't had the time, or the right room, to put in the work. We keep this gathering small on purpose: every seat is considered, so you're building alongside peers who lead the way you do.
Instead of another tools demo, you'll spend the day with a two-time CMO and former Google Applied AI lead turned AI coach, moving from understanding to building: how these systems actually work and where they fail, how to prompt for consistent, on-brand output, and how to set up the tools, connectors, and workflows that turn a one-off task into a repeatable system.
You'll map the work you and your team do most, then build AI skills & applications. You'll leave with real skillsets ready to use, a framework you can reuse, a clear plan for what to build next, and a room full of peers you'll want to keep building with.
The day opens with a grounding tech talk, then an hour on prompting and an hour on setup. From there, the majority of the day is spent building AI skills & applications, turning the tasks you do day to day into workflows that run without you. It closes looking ahead, and then a cocktail hour.
